Admissions Policy

Admission Info

  • Parents/ students need to make an appointment with St. Nicholas admission officer
  • Prospective families may obtain the Application Form from our Administration Office. Once fully completed, the form and all required supporting documents should be submitted to the Admissions Officer for review.
  • Applicants are kindly requested to thoroughly review and sign all school policies and requirements detailed within the application form to signify their agreement and understanding.
  • Prospective Pre-school and Kindergarten students are invited to participate in a one-hour trial session to ensure a seamless transition into our learning environment.
  • Applicants for Primary 1 through Secondary 12 are required to complete an admission assessment, consisting of a written examination and an interview. Please contact our Admissions Officer to schedule your appointment. The written evaluation covers the following core subjects: Mathematics, English, Science, Chinese.
  • Upon notification of acceptance, parents are required to remit payment of the following fees:
    • Enrollment Fee
    • Activity Fee
    • School Fee
    • Books and Uniforms
  • All Payments has been made to St Nicholas School are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to any parties including sibling.

  • Copy of Student’s Latest Certificate of Graduation (P1-G12)
  • Student’s Report Card from Previous School
  • Copy of Student’s Report Card from Previous School
  • Copy of SKHUN – legalized (For G7 – G12)
  • Letter of Transfer from previous school acknowledge by Local Government
  • Form 8355 from previous school
  • Letter of previous school’s Accreditation – copy & legalized
  • Copy of previous school’s Operational License
  • 3×4 sized photographs of the students wearing St. Nicholas uniform

  • Copy of student’s KITAS
  • Copy of Student’s Latest Certificate of Graduation (Secondary 7 - 12)
  • Copy of latest student’s academic transcript from Previous School (Primary 2 – Grade 12)
